This private residence in Dripping Springs, Texas, inspired by early Colonial American architecture, is a full gut-renovation (down to the studs), with a 1,500sf addition. It will include a new stone exterior and a cedar barn-style garage with a connecting stucco dogtrot. Featuring an in-home apothecary/back-kitchen, an oversized family room with a large in-home gym loft, an open concept entryway with adjoining living room, and only the most charming 'Old World' touches with custom designs throughout.

This private residence, in Westchester County, New York, was renovated throughout, making it a bright, modern tutor with all the comforts one could wish for. Refinished wood flooring throughout, updated modern lighting, kitchen expansion with newly built breakfast nook, newly marbled fireplace, and custom built-ins throughout.
